# 1. TutorsLog — Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 08/09/2026 Last Updated: 08/09/2026
Welcome to TutorsLog ("TutorsLog", "Platform", "Website", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the TutorsLog website, applications, mock examinations, question banks, educational materials and related services.
By accessing or using TutorsLog, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Where the user is legally incapable of entering into a binding agreement, including where applicable a minor, use of the Platform must be authorised by a parent or lawful guardian in accordance with applicable law.
**1. Purpose of TutorsLog**
TutorsLog is an educational and learning platform designed to help students, graduates, job seekers and other competitive-examination aspirants practice questions, participate in mock examinations, evaluate their knowledge and improve their preparation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, examinations conducted through TutorsLog are practice or mock examinations only.
They are not official examinations conducted by government authorities, universities, examination boards, recruitment agencies or other examination-conducting organisations.
**2. Eligibility**
TutorsLog may be used by school students, undergraduate students, graduate students and other persons preparing for academic or competitive examinations.
Users who are under the legally applicable age for independently agreeing to these Terms must use TutorsLog with the involvement and consent of their parent or lawful guardian.
Additional parental verification or consent procedures may be required for users below 18 years of age.
**3. User Accounts**
Certain TutorsLog services require registration.
Users may be required to provide information including their name, email address, password, age or date of birth and other information reasonably necessary to provide the service.
Users must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and should immediately notify TutorsLog if they believe that their account has been accessed without authorisation.
Accounts should not be sold, transferred, shared or made available to another person.
**4. Educational Content**
TutorsLog provides questions, answers, explanations, mock tests, educational notes and related learning materials.
Our question bank may contain content:
prepared by TutorsLog faculty, trainers or content teams; developed independently using educational syllabi and textbooks as reference materials; prepared or assisted using artificial-intelligence technologies; and subsequently reviewed or modified by TutorsLog personnel.
TutorsLog does not claim affiliation with any examination authority, educational institution, publisher or government agency unless expressly stated.
**5. Textbooks and Third-Party Materials**
Educational concepts, curricula, formulas, principles and syllabus topics may be studied from textbooks and other legitimate reference sources while TutorsLog prepares educational materials.
TutorsLog's intention is to create original educational material rather than reproduce substantial copyrighted material belonging to publishers, institutes or other organisations.
Where third-party trademarks, examination names, textbook names or similar references are used, they are used for identification, educational reference or informational purposes and remain the property of their respective owners.
Important implementation point: do not simply copy complete textbook question banks word-for-word into TutorsLog. Copyright protects original expression in literary works such as textbooks, even though ideas and concepts themselves are generally not protected in the same manner.
**6. AI-Assisted Content**
Some questions, answers or explanations available on TutorsLog may be generated, drafted, enhanced or reviewed using artificial-intelligence tools.
AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, incomplete reasoning, incorrect calculations, outdated information or inappropriate assumptions.
TutorsLog endeavours to review and improve educational content, but does not warrant that every question, answer or explanation will be completely accurate or error-free.
Users should therefore treat the Platform as a practice and learning aid rather than an authoritative source.
Where an answer or explanation appears incorrect, users are encouraged to report the issue to:
**[Email: support@tutorslog.com]**
We may review, correct, modify or remove reported content.
**7. Mock Examination Disclaimer**
Mock examinations are designed to simulate examination-style conditions and help users assess their preparation.
TutorsLog does not guarantee that:
* questions appearing in TutorsLog will appear in an actual examination; * similar questions will contain the same numerical values or options; * TutorsLog's question distribution will exactly match the official examination; * difficulty levels will exactly match the actual examination; or * performance on TutorsLog predicts a user's actual examination result.
Actual examination patterns, syllabi and marking rules may be changed by the relevant authorities.
Users should always refer to the applicable examination authority's latest official notification, syllabus and examination pattern.
**8. Syllabus Coverage**
We endeavour to keep examinations relevant to their specified subject and syllabus.
However, questions may occasionally be incorrectly classified, fall outside a current syllabus or appear in an inappropriate section because of human error, AI-generated content, syllabus changes or technical issues.
Users may skip such questions and report them to TutorsLog.
**9. Negative Marking and Examination Pattern**
A mock examination may include positive marks, negative marks, section-wise scoring, time limits or other examination rules.
These settings are designed to simulate practice conditions.
Unless specifically stated to correspond to an official examination notification, they should not be regarded as the official examination's current scoring system.
Users are responsible for checking the relevant examination authority's current rules.
**10. Examination Attempts**
TutorsLog may restrict the number of times an examination can be attempted.
For example, an examination administrator may configure an examination to allow five attempts per user.
Once the permitted number of attempts has been exhausted, TutorsLog may prevent additional attempts unless the administrator changes the limit or the user's eligibility.
Attempt limits may differ between tests and may be modified where reasonably necessary.
**11. Timers and Automatic Submission**
Some examinations may have a fixed duration.
When the examination timer expires, TutorsLog may automatically submit the examination or otherwise end the attempt.
Users are responsible for monitoring the timer displayed on the examination interface.
**12. Results and Scores**
TutorsLog may calculate and display examination results immediately after submission or at another specified time.
Results may include information such as:
* score; * percentage; * correct and incorrect answers; * unanswered questions; * rank where applicable; * time taken; and * subject or section performance.
Such results are for educational assessment and practice purposes only.
They are not equivalent to an official academic result, qualification, certificate, recruitment result or government examination result unless explicitly stated otherwise.
**13. No Prize Money**
Unless TutorsLog expressly announces a particular competition with separate rules, participation in TutorsLog mock tests does not entitle users to prize money, scholarships, cash rewards or other benefits.
A first rank or high score in an ordinary mock examination does not create any right to payment or reward.
**14. Public Recognition and Leaderboards**
TutorsLog may provide rankings, leaderboards or achievement features.
A user's name, photograph, score or percentage will only be publicly displayed according to TutorsLog's applicable privacy settings and consent procedures.
Where separate consent is required, declining such consent will not prevent the user from taking ordinary mock examinations.
Special safeguards will apply to minors.
**15. Internet and Technical Interruptions**
Online examinations depend on internet connectivity, browsers, devices, hosting systems and other technologies.
Users may experience:
connectivity loss; accidental refresh; device shutdown; browser crashes; session expiry; server interruptions; or other technical problems.
TutorsLog may implement functionality to periodically save examination progress and allow an interrupted examination to resume.
However, successful restoration of every examination session cannot be guaranteed.
TutorsLog will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate technical issues but, to the extent permitted by applicable law, cannot guarantee recovery of answers or examination progress lost because of circumstances outside its reasonable control.
**16. Prohibited Activities**
Users must not misuse TutorsLog, including by attempting to:
copy, scrape, bulk-download, resell or commercially redistribute the TutorsLog question bank without permission; obtain unauthorised access to another user's account; interfere with examinations, servers or security systems; introduce malicious software; automate examination attempts without authorisation; reverse-engineer restricted components of the Platform; impersonate another user; or use TutorsLog for unlawful activities.
TutorsLog may suspend or terminate accounts involved in serious or repeated violations.
**17. Intellectual Property**
Except for third-party materials identified as such, TutorsLog's original questions, explanations, graphics, software, website design, databases, branding and other original materials are owned by or licensed to the operator of TutorsLog and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Access to TutorsLog does not transfer ownership of such content to the user.
Users may use educational content for their own personal learning and preparation subject to these Terms.
**18. Feedback and Error Reporting**
TutorsLog welcomes reports concerning incorrect questions, incorrect answers, inaccurate explanations, examination problems, technical issues and suggestions.
Submitting feedback does not guarantee that a suggested correction will automatically be accepted. TutorsLog may independently review the matter before making changes.
**19. Availability and Modification**
TutorsLog may add, modify, suspend or discontinue examinations, subjects, questions or Platform functionality where reasonably necessary.
Exam patterns may also be revised to reflect updated official examination structures.
**20. Limitation of Liability**
TutorsLog provides educational practice services on an "as available" basis.
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain quality and accuracy, TutorsLog does not warrant uninterrupted service or error-free educational content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TutorsLog will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on mock-test questions, predicted performance, unofficial examination patterns or technical circumstances outside TutorsLog's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.
**21. Third-Party Links**
TutorsLog may provide links to official examination websites, government portals, textbooks, educational resources or other external websites.
TutorsLog does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
**22. Suspension and Termination**
TutorsLog may suspend or terminate access where a user materially violates these Terms, compromises Platform security, misuses examination content or engages in unlawful conduct.
Users may also request closure of their accounts subject to applicable record-retention requirements.
**23. Changes to these Terms**
These Terms may be revised to reflect changes to TutorsLog services, examination features, laws or regulatory requirements.
The "Last Updated" date will identify the latest version.
Where a change materially affects users' rights, TutorsLog may provide additional notice where appropriate.
**24. Governing Law**
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory laws, disputes relating to TutorsLog shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in:
Hyderabad, Telangana, India
